2. Alloy steel has high surface hardness and a smooth finish, with an anti-rust release coating, preventing concrete from sticking to the panels. After applying a release agent, demolding does not require violent hammering; a gentle pry with a crowbar is sufficient, reducing the likelihood of concrete sticking or damaging corner concrete components. Compared to ordinary carbon steel formwork, there is significantly less rust and sticking, making demolding easier.
3. Weight control is superior to ordinary thick steel formwork. High-strength alloy steel can be made thinner at the same rigidity, reducing the weight of a single panel compared to traditional thick steel plate formwork, making manual handling and hoisting less burdensome; many can be assembled manually, and small components do not require complete reliance on large cranes.
4. The edges and corners are not easily deformed, and the accuracy remains stable after repeated disassembly and assembly. Ordinary steel molds are prone to warping and deformation due to repeated disassembly and hammering, and become increasingly difficult to assemble with use; high-strength alloy steel has strong resistance to deformation, and the flatness of the plates remains unchanged after multiple uses, and the alignment of disassembly and assembly remains smooth, requiring less mold repair.
